Merry Christmas

“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6 NIV
One of our favorite family traditions, the kids all act out the nativity scene.  Even the big kids.  A little artistic license going on and a wayard shepherd or two,  but all is good.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas on this blessed day!

  1. Ah Kate I love your family traditions and your family. I finally got to hear sweet Libbie's voice today on the phone for the first time and I loved talking to her.
Would you believe I told her I loved her accent and of course she laughed because we know who has the accent. hahaha
I told her your candy would be late this year.
I miss you dear Kate and thanks for coming by and wishing me a Merry Christmas
I too could not let Christmas slip by without wishing you a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

  3. Wishing you the merriest of Christmases Kate! I knew that we were long lost sisters... we used to do the same thing when I was a kid :) good memories! I'm thankful that Christmas is a season and I can regroup starting today and really relax and take it all in. We keep everything up until the epiphany and so will let this week serve as my time to reflect on the reason, the season and my blessings.
I hope your season is full of blessings... I just know that it will be!
    love, t.xoxooxox
p.s. love the santa pic with the kids throwing in an extra... hilarious!! Kids after my own heart! xoxox
