wants to hear...
First the short one was surfing the internet and excitedly calls out to me,
"Mom, wanna come check out the tattoo I'm getting?"
And then later that same day, the taller one found a new dirtbike on the internet,
"Mom, if you buy me that dirtbike, I'm pretty sure I could do back-flip's with it!"
Good thing God only gave me two boys.
Don't know if I could handle any more testosterone around here...
HAHAHAHA...not sure what I would do with a boy. Or one who SURFS THE WEB for a tat. It scares me yet having girls scares me ENOUGH!. This post was so funny. Love those kidlet funnies. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Auntie Cake, I have two sons too, and know what you mean.
ReplyDeleteHe, he, he. Love that. One morning I was gathering the kitchen trash and my youngest daughter, who was 4 at the time, turned to me and said "Mom, if I was a talking trash can you'd throw me out of the house." LOL. My chin hit the floor not only because of what she said but because it was such a great sentence. LOL. Kids really do say the darndest things.
ReplyDeleteHoo Yeah, the difference between boys and girls is remarkable! I hear the same kind of remarks from my boy... He's such a daredevil who likes to throw caution to the wind.
ReplyDeleteLife is never dull with an 11 year old boy in the house!
:)
Kate,
ReplyDeleteYou crack me up! I have only my Katie but I had four brothers (and just me) growing up. The house was wild! They were forever hatching plans like...let's see if we can skate with banana peels on the piano or how about a pillow fight (we broke open all the pillows which were feather ones hidden in the closet as we were all allergic. We had to more out for awhile to a hotel with a pool. That was fun!!!
Hope things are cooling off. We are out in the Black Hills having a lot of fun. The weather is nice and cool. Well, cooler anyway!!!
Hugs,
Suz
Good lord. Boys will be boys, won't they? :)
