The sunshine sure felt great today didn't it? I think this is one of the most gray cloudy winters I can remember and when we finally get a sunshine filled day it just makes me smile!
You know Kate, you would think that I would be telling you that it is hot and sunny here in Australia but we have just been through some really bad storms and flooding. In just two hours yesterday, Brisbane received nearly half its average February rainfall!
I am very happy to hear that your weather is wonderful.
That looks delicious! We did have sunshine and boy did it feel good! Did you watch Apollos event? AMAZING finish. The way they skate would scare me to death! :) Theresa
I agree, the sunshine was great but that wind was harsh! Even so, I was overcome by temptation and bought a box of strawberries at Kowalski's today. Yummmm... I can't wait to eat the fresh picked ones but for now those will have to do! :)
well, it kind of snowed all day here...not too much sun was seen...i'm happy for you that you had some though...congrats on winning Karyn's gorgeous giveaway!!!
So, so cheery, Kate. The sun is shining here, too. So glad.
Thanks so much for your beautiful comment & message. We've been quite busy here, sorry I haven't had time to write back. I cherish your posts, your visits, & your comments, dear friend.
The sun has been shining brigthly in Lodi CA. I love this weather. I could take 70 degrees year round!!!! After so much dreary weather, I feel like a flower blooming in the spring!!! Thanks for the suggestions for my neices Sweet 16.
New recipe for the croquet party?
ReplyDeleteYou are so smart Rachie... I will have to think up something like that for my next croquet party... We have to get rid of all this snow first!
